    - All bookings are subject to availability. Rates, itineraries, and policies may change without prior notice.

    - By confirming a booking, you accept these terms, including payment policies, cancellation rules, and service limitations.

  3. Booking Policy
  4. - A booking confirmation is issued only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified in the invoice.

    - Goyt India reserves the right to modify itineraries or accommodations based on availability. Any significant changes will be communicated promptly.

    - All travelers must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking. Goyt India is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

  5. Payment Policy
  6. - Payments must be made as per the invoice schedule. Accepted modes of payment include credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved payment gateways.

    - For some services, an advance payment is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable before the start of the tour or as per agreement.

    - Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

  7. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  8. - Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or other agreed channels.

    - Refunds will be processed as per the following:

    - More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fees.

    - 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.

    - Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

    - Refunds for flight tickets, hotels, or other third-party services are subject to the terms of the service provider.

    - In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen events, cancellations will be handled in accordance with industry best practices and applicable laws.

  9. Travel Documents and Responsibilities
  10. - Travelers are responsible for securing valid passports, visas, permits, and other travel documents required for their trip.

    - Goyt India will assist with necessary travel information but is not responsible for visa denials or document issues.

    - Travelers must comply with local laws, customs, and regulations of the destination.

  11. Travel Insurance
  12. - Goyt India strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and loss of personal belongings.

    - We are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, theft, or accidents during your trip.

  13. Liability
  14. - Goyt India acts only as an agent between customers and service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines, and transportation providers). We are not responsible for service failures or delays caused by third-party providers.

    - We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather disruptions, strikes, or force majeure events.

    - Travelers are responsible for their belongings. Goyt India is not liable for any lost or stolen items during the tour.

  15. Code of Conduct
  16. - Travelers are expected to maintain respectful behavior throughout the tour. Disruptive behavior may lead to immediate removal from the tour without refund.

    - Travelers must follow the instructions of tour guides and drivers to ensure safety and the smooth operation of services.

  17. Use of Website
  18. - By accessing the Goyt India website, you agree to the terms of use outlined here. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes or infringe on the intellectual property rights of Goyt India.

    - Unauthorized use of content, including images, text, or graphics, is prohibited.

  21. Dispute Resolution

  24. - Goyt India is not liable for service interruptions or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

    - In such cases, we will work to provide alternative arrangements or refunds where feasible.
